Agreement and eligibility

These terms apply to philosopherstoneperformance.com and the services sold by Philosopher Stone Performance LLC. By placing an order or using a purchased service, you agree to these terms and the policies linked at checkout. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter the transaction.

Educational and reflective scope

Philosopher Stone Performance sessions use Lahiri sidereal astrology and the PSP conscious-transmutation method for education, reflection, timing awareness, and personal choice. Astrology is used as a symbolic and interpretive map, not as a guaranteed verdict.

Services do not provide medical or mental-health diagnosis or treatment, crisis care, legal advice, financial advice, or guaranteed prediction. Do not delay or replace qualified professional care based on a PSP session. If you are in danger or experiencing an emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency or crisis service.

You remain responsible for your decisions, actions, relationships, finances, health care, and outcomes.

Orders and accurate information

Prices and the included scope are stated on the applicable product page at the time of order. You agree to provide accurate order, contact, appointment, and intake information and to use a payment method you are authorized to use.

We may decline, cancel, or refund an order that cannot be delivered reliably, falls outside the service scope, creates a safety or legal concern, appears fraudulent, or is not available in the requested location or language.

Scheduling and attendance

Appointment availability is limited. Booking, cancellation, rescheduling, lateness, and missed-session rules are stated in the Refund, Cancellation, and Rescheduling Policy. The appointment confirmation is the controlling record of the booked time.

Clients are responsible for a suitable device, internet connection, private environment, and timely attendance. Technical interruptions will be handled fairly based on their source, duration, and whether the promised service can still be delivered.

Conduct

You agree not to misuse the store or service; interfere with security; submit unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or malicious material; impersonate another person; scrape or automate access without permission; or use a session to threaten, harass, exploit, or endanger anyone. We may end a session when conduct makes safe, lawful delivery unreasonable. Mandatory consumer rights still apply.

Intellectual property

Philosopher Stone Performance retains its rights in the PSP method, curriculum, teaching, scripts, graphics, reports, recordings, and session materials. Unless a different written license applies, materials delivered to a client are licensed for that client's personal, noncommercial use.

You may not sell, publish, impersonate, redistribute, or train a commercial system on PSP materials without written permission. These terms do not transfer ownership of your own story, chart facts, feedback, or other rights protected by law. Testimonials, public clips, or case examples require separate permission.

Results and warranties

Personal insight and outcomes vary. We do not guarantee a particular emotional, spiritual, physical, relationship, career, financial, or other result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as described on the product page and subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Philosopher Stone Performance LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or service. Any direct-liability limit will not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited and will not reduce mandatory consumer remedies.

Governing law and consumer rights

These terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, United States, without automatically displacing mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Before filing a non-urgent dispute, contact info@philosopherstoneperformance.com so both sides can try to resolve it directly.

Changes and severability

We may update these terms for future use of the site or services. The version presented with an order applies to that transaction unless law requires otherwise. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law.
