SERVICE DELIVERY AND NO-SHIPPING POLICY
Philosopher Stone Performance provides scheduled educational and reflective sessions by live video call. The initial live-session language is English.
The product page and booking confirmation identify the session length and appointment time. Shopify or the booking system may display the appointment in the customer's selected local time; Philosopher Stone Performance operates from America/Phoenix time.
The initial session offers include:
• advance review of the submitted intake within the purchased scope;
• one scheduled live session of the purchased duration;
• the session elements stated on the applicable product page; and
• a concise written recap by email within two business days after the completed session.
Clients are responsible for providing an accurate email address, appointment details, and requested birth information. A birth time may be marked unknown. Philosopher Stone Performance does not invent or silently correct an unknown birth time.
Sessions are not recorded by default. Any recording requires clear advance disclosure and the explicit consent of every participant for that specific session.
If you cannot join a scheduled call, contact info@philosopherstoneperformance.com as soon as possible. The refund and rescheduling policy applies.
Storefront translation does not mean the live session is delivered in that language. Machine-translated captions or speech translation may be offered only when the exact feature, language pair, consent, limitations, and fallback have been confirmed for the appointment.
NO PHYSICAL SHIPPING
The initial Philosopher Stone Performance offers are live digital services. Nothing is physically shipped, and no shipping charge should be added at checkout.
The written recap is delivered electronically to the email address associated with the booking. Contact info@philosopherstoneperformance.com if it has not arrived within the promised period after checking spam or filtered folders.
This policy applies only to the current digital-service offers. Any future physical product will be governed by separate shipping, fulfillment, return, duty, customs, loss, and carrier terms presented before purchase.
