Refund policy

Effective August 10, 2026

REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS, AND RESCHEDULING

You may cancel a scheduled live session for a full refund when you give at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled start time.

One reschedule is included when requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. The replacement appointment is subject to current availability.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time and missed appointments are not refundable, except when applicable law requires otherwise or Philosopher Stone Performance LLC approves a fair exception based on the circumstances. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time.

If Philosopher Stone Performance LLC cancels a session, you may choose either a new appointment or a full refund to the original payment method.

To request a cancellation or reschedule, email info@philosopherstoneperformance.com with your order number, the name used for the booking, and the scheduled appointment time. Do not send payment-card information, passwords, or account credentials by email.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers control how long the credit takes to appear after Shopify processes it.

Nothing in this policy limits a cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or consumer right that cannot legally be waived in your jurisdiction.
