Egyptian funerary texts include real flame rites
The Book of the Dead tradition includes a Spell 137 sequence commonly described as raising the flame or the ritual of the four torches. It belongs to ancient ritual and funerary practice.
Scholarly Reading
Ancient flame is not the modern Violet Flame
The existence of Egyptian flame texts does not show that ancient Egyptians taught the modern Violet Flame or the PSP system. Similar words and images can occur in different religious worlds without being historically identical.

One field of conscious conversion
What caught our attention was the recurrence of becoming, transformation, flame, passage, stabilization, and effective existence in the same broad historical world we were already studying. PSP names its own living operation openly: notice the program, bring it into conscious transmutation, allow what is true, stabilize the change, and act from it.
